Since the beginning this year has been extremely bad for us all.
From local migrants suffering in poverty to Bollywood stars like Sushant Singh Rajput committing suicide, this year is a mystery no human would be able to solve for several coming years.
Like you, I was shocked too hearing the news of his demise.
Reason of death – Possible Suicide as he was found hanged in his room.
One after the other, we are hearing some kind of bad news or the other. From Covid-19, Earth Quakes, Storms, to the grief of migrant workers to the deaths of Bollywood celebrities like Rishi Kapoor, Irrfan Khan and now Sushant Singh Rajput.
To me, he looked quite happy, if I have to judge him based on his Instagram posts.
He had also donated INR 1 crore for some relief funds as well in the past.
Apart from that, there are many reasons for a person like him not to commit suicide. Some of them according to me are –
- He was good looking
- He had a nice home
- Owned luxury car (s)
- Seemed well-read
- Had been to many countries
- Had achieved so much
- Was skilled in acting
- Indulged in sports
- Practised yoga (as I can make it out from some of his interviews, although not sure about it)
So, pretty much these are the signs of a successful person leading a good life. At least, these are strong signs of a successful life for me.
So, amid all this, how can a person think of taking such a step? How can a person be in depression?
What does success truly means?
These are the questions we strongly need to address.
These are the questions we need to confront ourselves with.
So, if money is not the answer (it can be for some people, I don’t know frankly) then why are most of the people running this rat race of getting more, seeking more, and consuming more?
Do you have the answer to this?
By the way, about 8,00,000 people commit suicide every year in India.
